Voucher t's & c's

No production will begin on works prior to payment being made in full.

All works released are fully retouched; Little Cheltenham does not release any unretouched images. 

The voucher may be redeemed against any Little Cheltenham products or services. Excluding the 30 minute cake smash package. 

This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

All copyright of photographic images remains with Little Cheltenham.

At the time of booking your photoshoot, you will be asked to pay a £50 deposit to secure the date. This deposit may be either be returned to you after the photoshoot or put against any portraits you wish to purchase. 

In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of five days notice or the £50 will be lost.

Image Copyright

Little Cheltenham retains the copyright on any and all digital materials created by the studio and printed work produced from these digital images. Little Cheltenham reserves the right to use images made at the studio for publication unless the client stipulates otherwise.

Digital Images

When digital images are purchased by the client, only the right to print the image for personal use is included. Copyright continues to be owned by Little Cheltenham. If the images are used for any commercial purposes, then a further fee will be negotiated and paid to Little Cheltenham. Digital enhancement and manipulation are carried out at the discretion of Little Cheltenham. If any special requests are made to enhance a specific image, it is expected that the Client will by buying that image. No work will be carried out on any image until payment has been received in full.
