Shooting on location is a great way to capture your family or little ones, playing, exploring or even if you just love a dramatic scenery. Have you a favourite family place? Want to capture a day out to remember? Are you taking a trip and want the memories to keep forever? Whether it's a two hour location shoot, a day out, or capturing a once in a life time trip we've got you. 

Being based in the Cotswolds we are blessed with beautiful rolling countryside, so we can take out pick from hills and green spaces to seasonal treats like lavender and sunflower fields or pumpkin patches and autumn leaves. We can take advantage of our regency backdrop or even a favourite park space.

Consultation

This will be our initial phone call to discuss what your family is looking for, whether it be in the studio or at your home. If the shoot were to take place at your home we would need to visit to identify the optimal location. In your consultation we will also be discussing what kind of styling you're interested in: A set build? A theme? A pop or fine art piece? Are the pets involved? Clothing? Or are you designing it around a certain space in your home? Or just beautiful simplicity? Whatever your style we want to be ready to give you the most amazing and easy shoot experience. 

The Shoot

We want your shoot day to be as fun and easy as possible. The two hour shoot time allows us to take it easy, work around sleeping or hungry babies or pets! And have the freedom to explore what will evolve with your little characters. It will give us the space to explore different ideas and have a range of combinations to make a beautiful selection of images. 

Viewing Consultation

Your beautiful portraits are ready to view! We will arrange a time which suits to come to your home and make the presentation of your family's story. There we will work together to narrow down and compare. Or if you've a certain space in your home you're looking to fill we can find what best suits that spot. Once you've made your selection you can either take them as high resolution digital portraits which you can reproduce and share with loved ones yourself or we can look at prints and framing.

High Quality Digital Portraits

We find that most of our clients decide to take portraits digitally, this allows you to reproduce and share your images as much as you want. The digital portraits come on a Little Cheltenham branded USB stick. You will receive 3 versions of each image: colour, black and white and one optimised at screen resolution.

Image Copyright
Little Cheltenham retains the copyright on any and all digital materials created by the studio and printed work produced from these digital images. Little Cheltenham reserves the right to use images made at the studio for publication unless the client stipulates otherwise.

Digital Images
When digital images are purchased by the client, only the right to print the image for personal use is included. Copyright continues to be owned by Little Cheltenham. If the images are used for any commercial purposes, then a further fee will be negotiated and paid to Little Cheltneham. Digital enhancement and manipulation are carried out at the discretion of Little Cheltenham. If any special requests are made to enhance a specific image, it is expected that the Client will by buying that image. No work will be carried out on any image until payment has been received in full.
